Clinical practice guidelines: PSA testing and early management of test-detected prostate cancer

These guidelines cover best practice for PSA testing and digital rectal examination (DRE), prostate biopsies and MRI, active surveillance and watchful waiting.

The guidelines were developed by the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and Cancer Council Australia and approved by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC). They have been endorsed by the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ).
