Delayed ejaculation

Men having problems reaching orgasm, either during masturbation or sex, may be experiencing delayed ejaculation. This can be frustrating but it's not uncommon. Physical causes can include: spinal cord injury, lymph node surgery, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, pelvic region injury. Delayed ejaculation is a common side effect of some antidepressants (especially SSRIs). While relationship difficulties can be a factor, ongoing problems without a medical cause are uncommon.
