Retrograde ejaculation

Retrograde ejaculation is when the muscle at the opening of the bladder doesn’t close properly causing semen to flow back into the bladder. If you ejaculate little or no semen when you orgasm, or have cloudy urine that looks mixed with semen when you first urinate after orgasm, you might be experiencing retrograde ejaculation. It can happen after prostate or bladder surgery or be caused by diabetes, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, and some medications. It usually doesn’t cause serious problems or need treatment but can make it difficult to have a baby naturally.
